Rev. Qin and Mr. Wang were arrested together at about 3 o'clock p.m. on April 21, 1994 while Rev. Qin was offering his Holy Mass.
Rev. Li was arrested on March 29, 1994.
In the city of Xi-Ning, Qinghai, Rev. Qin and Rev. Li are the
only two priests belonging to the Roman Catholic Church loyal to
the Pope. Because of their arrests, there have been no offering
of Holy Masses by the loyal Roman Catholic priests in Xi-Ning s
ince April 21, 1994.
